Most of our Room Mockups are over 2000 px.
For very large artwork images, the software resizes them automatically before downloading them as the original image can cause long download times and also crashes in our layout image generation server.
This resize may affect the final quality of the downloaded image, so in order to avoid losing your artwork quality, we suggest:
1. Make sure the artworks they upload are smaller than 1000px height.
2. If they are not, they can be resized using any image editing tool.
3.Once that's done, the artworks may be uploaded back to ArtPlacer. As the artworks will now be smaller than 1000px height, our resizing tool won’t have to resize them for you and they will preserve the original quality.
