Published exhibitions are those which are ready to be shared or embedded. We suggest you place your Virtual Exhibitions on this status only when you've finished editing them.

Unpublished exhibitions are those which you might be curating and are on “edit” mode. Whenever you finish curating a Virtual Exhibition, publish it, so you can share it or embed it.

Archived exhibitions are those which you have no longer use for or do not need to currently edit. You cannot access them unless you move them back onto published/unpublished.
Paid Virtual Galleries won't be charged when they're archived, and there's no limit on amount of archived exhibitions.
