If you're changing the frequency of your subscription (regardless of whether they are also changing plans at the same time) the billing will take effect immediately.
Your prior subscription will be cancelled, and a new one created and charged.
Promo Codes, account balances and other Discounts will be lost and won't be transferred to the new subscription. You will need to contact us to reactivate your promo code on the new billing frequency.
The standard discounts of yearly subscription will apply if the user is switching to a yearly plan.
To switch your plan frequency, follow these steps:
- Head to your dashboard
- Click or tap on your username / email
- Head to Account
- Click or tap on Change Plan.
5. Choose the plan you want to change to and select at the top the toggle, marking monthly or yearly according to what you are looking for.
