How To Add Users to My Account

If you have a Gallery Premium subscription, you can add up to 5 (five) users to your account and define the user type (Basic User, Upload Artworks, or Administrator). 

⚠️NOTE: Only Administrators can add new users. 

To add a new user to your account:

1. Click your username, then select USERS.

2. Click ADD USER.

3. Enter the required user information: first name, last name, email, and password. If you want ArtPlacer to generate a random password, click Generate Password.
   
   

4. In Privileges, select a user type.

5. Click SAVE USER.

To access the account, the new user receives an email invitation and instructions to join ArtPlacer. You have to share with them the password you created in step 3 above.
