How Can I Change My Subscription Plan?

To change your ArtPlacer subscription plan from your computer:

  1. Access the web app.

  2. On the top header, click your username > ACCOUNT & BILLING.

  3. On the Account page, click CHANGE PLAN

  4. On the page that appears, navigate between monthly and yearly subscriptions using the toggle on the top.

  5. Click on the subscription plan you choose.

  6. Click CONTINUE.

Note: Promotional codes, account balances, and other discounts are not transferred to your new subscription. To reactivate your promo code on your new plan, contact us.

If you are logged in from your mobile browser:

  1. Access the web app.

  2. On the top header, tap the profile icon > ACCOUNT & BILLING.

  3. On the Account page, tap CHANGE PLAN

  4. On the page that appears, navigate between monthly and yearly subscriptions using the toggle on the top.

  5. Tap the subscription plan you choose.

  6. Tap CONTINUE.

  7. Enter your payment information.


Changing the Frequency of your Subscription

If you change the frequency of your subscription (regardless of whether you also change plans), the new billing takes effect immediately. Your prior subscription is canceled, and a new one is created and charged.

For example, if you have a monthly subscription to the Advanced plan, and you want to be billed yearly to save up to 25%, you can choose the yearly subscription to the Advanced plan. When you confirm this change, your monthly subscription is canceled, and a yearly subscription is created and billed straight away.
