How To Make a Virtual Exhibition Accesible for Visitors

Modified on Tue, Oct 7 at 4:50 PM

Publishing a Virtual Exhibition is more than just making it live, it’s about unlocking the potential to share your art with a wider audience and creating meaningful opportunities for engagement.

Making your exhibition accessible allows collectors, art enthusiasts, and curators from anywhere in the world to explore your work, once you decide to share it.

Here’s how to publish your exhibition and maximize its reach:

  • Access Your Virtual Exhibitions

Navigate to the My Virtual Exhibitions section.

  • Locate Unpublished Exhibitions

Open the Drafts tab to find the exhibitions you’ve created but not yet shared.

  • Go Live

Select the exhibition you want to publish and click Go Live.

Note: Going live does not automatically make your exhibition visible to everyone. It simply enables the possibility to share it through public links or embed it on your website. You remain in control of who can access your exhibition.

Share and Promote Your Exhibition

Once live, your exhibition can be shared and promoted in multiple ways:

  • Public link: Share a direct link via email, social media, or newsletters.

Publishing your exhibition ensures it is ready for sharing and discovery, giving you the flexibility to reach your audience when and how you choose. Accessibility means creating opportunities for anyone, anywhere, to experience your art, on your terms.
