How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel Your Subscription to ArtPlacer, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Log into your Account.

2. In the top right corner, click on your username and then ACCOUNT & BILLING from the drop-down menu options. Or, simply follow this URL.

3. On the Account & Billing page, click CANCEL RENEWAL and follow the instructions given on screen.

Please note that if you cancel the Subscription mid-cycle, you should maintain Access to Your Plan's included features until the purchased Subscription period has concluded. Then, the Subscription will be moved to our Free Plan with limited access. For more information, please refer to our Terms Of Service (accepted on Sign-up).
