How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription to ArtPlacer from your computer:

  1. Access the web app.

  2. On the top bar, click your username > ACCOUNT & BILLING.

  3. On the Account & Billing page, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

If you are logged in from your mobile browser:

  1. Access the web app.

  2. On the top bar, tap the profile icon > ACCOUNT & BILLING.

  3. On the Account & Billing page, tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

The subscription remains active until the next billing date. If the cancellation request is successful, your account switches to the Free plan. The artworks you uploaded are saved on your account in case you decide to rejoin in the future. The virtual exhibitions are automatically unpublished and saved in the account.

When your subscription ends, any ArtPlacer widgets you created are deactivated, and you can’t access your Discover profile.

Note: If you cancel a subscription to a yearly plan, ArtPlacer cannot guarantee a refund for the whole year, as the annual fee is charged upfront.
