Credits for Room Mockup Videos

This article explains how video credits work for Room Mockups, how they are used, and what to do if you need more.

How do video credits work?

Each time you generate a room mockup video, 1 credit is used per video.

• Creating a video → uses 1 credit

• Downloading a video → does NOT use credits

Once a video has been generated, you can download it as many times as you like without consuming additional credits.

How many videos can I generate per month?

Video generation is based on monthly credits, which vary depending on your subscription plan.

Credits are renewed monthly, regardless of whether your subscription is billed monthly or yearly.

What happens if I don’t use my video credits?

Video credits do not roll over.

If you don’t use them within your billing cycle, they will expire at your next renewal date, and a new set of credits will be assigned.

What happens if I run out of video credits?

If you use all your available credits, you have two options:

1. Wait until your next renewal date (credits reset every 30 days), or

2. Purchase additional credits by contacting our Customer Support team at:

Can I see how many credits I have left?

Yes! You can check your remaining credits in two places:

• When you click “Create Video”, the pop-up will display your available credits

• On the main Dashboard > Recent Creations section (located at the bottom of the page), a counter shows your remaining video credits

How many videos can I generate on a trial?

Trial users can generate:

• 1 video total

To create more videos, you’ll need to start a subscription.
