By accessing and utilizing the photographic materials provided within the 'Room Mock Ups Spaces' and/or 'View in a Room' Widget section, the subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such images solely for online purposes. This license is contingent upon the maintenance of an active subscription and explicitly excludes any use in printed publications or physical media. The license to use the photographic materials automatically terminates upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription. Any continued use of the images after termination is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.

ArtPlacer does not claim rights for any images you upload Artwork, Personal Spaces and/or Portfolio, and we do not and will not at any point own the images you upload.
We use your artworks to showcase ArtPlacer’s potential, as well as to draw more exposure to the artists' work.
