The ArtPlacer Inbox is your central hub for managing all incoming messages from potential buyers, collectors, and gallery connections. It consolidates inquiries from multiple sources, ensuring you never miss an important conversation.
What Can You Do with the Inbox?
✔ View All Messages in One Place – See every inquiry, data capture form submission, and purchase-related message from Virtual Exhibitions, Discover Portfolio, Viewing Rooms, and the AR Mobile App.
✔ Respond to Leads Quickly – Send a first reply directly from the Inbox to engage with potential buyers efficiently.
Learn how to effectively do this, here.
✔ Automatically Capture New Contacts – When you receive a message from someone not already in your Contacts List, ArtPlacer automatically creates a new contact for you.
✔ Filter and Organize Conversations – Sort messages by type (inquiries, purchases, data capture forms) or by read/unread status to keep track of your interactions.
✔ Track Message History – Access a full record of past inquiries and purchases linked to each contact for better relationship management.
How Should You Use the Inbox?
Use the Inbox as your go-to tool for managing incoming interest in your artwork. Whether responding to a first-time inquiry or following up on a purchase request, this feature helps you streamline communication, ensuring no potential sale goes unnoticed.
Since ArtPlacer’s Inbox is not a full email platform, all ongoing conversations after the first reply will continue through your personal email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook). However, you can always revisit a contact’s details to track past interactions and add follow-up notes.
