This verification process helps prevent spam, fraudulent messages, and ensures that only legitimate inquiries reach your account.

How Does the Security Check Work?

  1. A potential buyer submits an inquiry through one of ArtPlacer’s platforms (Virtual Exhibition, Discover Portfolio, Viewing Room, or AR Mobile App).

  2. The system automatically runs a security scan to verify the message.

  3. Every 30 minutes, verified messages are delivered to your Inbox and will be available for you to read and respond.

If you are testing the Inbox functionality by sending an inquiry to yourself or asking a colleague to submit a test message, please keep in mind that you won’t see the message instantly. The security check applies to all inquiries, even test messages.

Wait at least 30 minutes, then refresh your Inbox to see if the message has appeared.
