Renting Virtual Galleries in ArtPlacer
ArtPlacer offers 11 Virtual Galleries you can use to showcase your work. While some venues are included in your current plan, you can also rent additional galleries individually as add-ons.
This gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect space for your exhibitions, no matter your subscription level.
You can check which galleries are included with your plan here, and you can also check out the pricing for each venue here.
How to Rent a Gallery
- Go to the Virtual Galleries section.
- Select the gallery you’d like to use for your exhibition.
- A pop-up will display the rental price.
- Click Get Gallery to confirm your purchase.
You can then immediately start building your exhibition in the rented gallery.
Canceling a Rented Gallery
If you no longer need a rented gallery, you can cancel it at any time:
- Login to your ArtPlacer account.
- On the top bar, click your username and then click on ACCOUNT & BILLING.
- In the Add-ons section, click the “X” next to the gallery to cancel.
What happens with my rented gallery If I cancel my ArtPlacer Subscription?
- You will continue to have access to the rented gallery until the add-on’s expiration date (your next billing date).
- Any published exhibitions in that gallery will remain live until the expiration date.
- After expiration, exhibitions in the rented gallery will be archived.
- You can only re-rent the same gallery once it has fully expired.
How to restore my rented gallery? You may restore your Rented Gallery by clicking on the RESTORE button when positioned on the Archive tab of the "My Virtual Exhibitions" Section.
Upon clicking on RESTORE, the platform will prompt you to select the Rent a Gallery option.
Renting galleries allows you to experiment with different spaces, curate unique exhibitions, and tailor the viewing experience for your audience, all without being limited to just the venues included in your plan.
