Sometimes you may want to pause or unpublish a Virtual Exhibition without deleting it completely. This is where the Drafts option comes in.
Why Move an Exhibition to Drafts?
Depending on your subscription plan, there is a limit to the number of Live Virtual Exhibitions you can have at the same time.
- By moving an exhibition to Drafts, you can free up space to publish a new one while still keeping your previous exhibition safe.
- Drafts allow you to manage your Live exhibitions more efficiently without losing any of your curatorial work.
You can check the number of Live exhibitions allowed for your plan here:
How to Move to Drafts
- Go to the My Virtual Exhibitions section.
- Locate the exhibition you’d like to unpublish.
- Click Move to Drafts.
What Happens Next?
The exhibition is no longer accessible through its public link or the HTML embed on your website.
It is also unpublished from the Online Portfolio and the mobile app.
Don’t worry, all of your curatorial work is still saved. You can always bring the exhibition back live later.
Tip: Use Drafts to rotate which exhibitions are visible, stay within your plan’s limits, and keep your content fresh for visitors.
