Archiving is a way to clean up your workspace without losing past exhibitions. You can safely store exhibitions you no longer want to keep Live or in Drafts, and bring them back whenever you need.
Notes:
- Archived exhibitions can’t be edited unless you restore them to Draft or Live.
- To permanently delete an exhibition, you must first Archive it.
There’s no limit to the number of exhibitions you can archive in your account.
How to Archive
- Go to the My Virtual Exhibitions section.
- Find the exhibition you’d like to archive in either the Live or Drafts tab.
- Click Archive.
What Happens Next
- The exhibition will no longer be accessible via its public link or the HTML embed code.
- You’ll find it stored in the Archived tab, where you can either restore it (back to Drafts or Live) or delete it permanently.
✨ Archiving is perfect for managing your Live exhibition limits, organizing past shows, or saving exhibitions you may want to revisit in the future.
