How to Archive a Virtual Exhibition

Modified on Thu, 19 Oct, 2023 at 8:15 PM

[For desktop users:]

You can archive a virtual exhibition when you no longer use it and don’t want to take up space in your account. You can’t access archived exhibitions on edit mode unless you move them back to published or unpublished.

There is no limit to the amount of archived exhibitions you can have on your account.

To archive a virtual exhibition:

  1. Open the My Virtual Exhibitions section from the home dashboard or the top header.

  2. Locate the virtual exhibition on the Published or the Unpublished tabs.

  3. Click Archive.

Once archived, you can no longer access the virtual exhibition through the public link or the HTML code generated by ArtPlacer.

Once archived, the exhibition remains on the Archived tab, from where you can restore it or delete it.
