Archiving a Virtual Exhibition is a great way to keep your dashboard organized without losing your work. If you’d like to bring an exhibition back to edit or publish it, you can easily restore it.
Here’s how:
- Access Your Virtual Exhibitions
Go to the My Virtual Exhibitions section - Open the Archived Tab
Select the Archived tab to view all exhibitions you’ve previously archived. - Restore the Exhibition
Locate the exhibition you want to bring back and click Restore. - Find Your Restored Exhibition
After restoring, the exhibition will appear in the Drafts tab, where you can continue editing or choose to make it live.
Important for Subscribers
- If your plan does not include a specific venue, you still have the option to rent it separately.
- If you’ve already rented a gallery and want to restore an exhibition created there, click here to follow the steps.
Restoring gives you flexibility: you can revisit past exhibitions, update them with new works, or republish them when the time is right.
