How Can Visitors Inquire About My Artworks in a Virtual Exhibition

Visitors to a Virtual Exhibition can contact you about an Artwork from the exhibition.

While navigating a Virtual Exhibition, visitors should follow these steps:

1. Navigate to an Artwork.

2. Click on the Artwork, then click Learn More 

3. Click INQUIRE.

4. Fill out the popup with the required contact information and a message, and click or tap SUBMIT.
   
   

To disable the option for visitors to inquire about an Artwork in your Virtual Exhibitions:

1. Go to the Virtual Exhibitions section.
   
   
2. Click "Edit" on the exhibition you want to modify.
   
   
3. Scroll down to find the “Allow visitors to inquire” toggle.
   
   
4. Disable the toggle to turn off inquiries for that exhibition.
