What Is An Inventory Report?
An Inventory Report is an easy-to-visualized PDF (download an example at the bottom of the page) with a polished list of artworks with its essential information, to manage your catalog digitally.
Here are some ideas to make the most of this feature, depending on your artistic role:
- Gallery: Stay organized with a custom list of available artworks that match your client's needs. Keep track of artwork taken to art fairs, review current stock, and enhance your art show planner with up-to-date information.
- Artist: Stay organized by managing artwork availability and stock for promotion. Curate a list of available pieces to meet client demand and showcase your work for potential gallery representation.
- Photographer: Easily track the availability of your physical photographs for sales and exhibitions.
- Art Dealer: Create a ready-to-share list of available artworks for client requests, streamlining the sales process.
- Print Business: Stay organized by tracking your available stock for sale or repositioning, ensuring you’re always prepared for client needs.
