The Artworks section serves as a comprehensive repository for all the artworks you upload to ArtPlacer. This centralized hub allows you to manage, organize, and utilize your artworks across various features, including the new Presentations module.
Accessing the Artworks Section

Key Functionalities
- Upload Artworks:
- Click UPLOAD ARTWORKS to add one or multiple new artworks.
- Ensure each artwork entry includes detailed information—such as title, artist, dimensions, medium, and description—to fully leverage features like Inventory Reports and Artwork Labels.

- Search bar:
- Use the search bar to find artworks by title or artist’s name.
- Sort results by creation date or alphabetically by artist name or artwork title.
- Filter artworks by privacy status (public or private), uploader, collection, type, size, and colors.
- Click CLEAR FILTERS to reset all filters.

- Filter artworks by privacy status (public or private).
- Click the arrow to toggle between ascending and descending order.
- Advanced Filters:
- Filter by collection, type, size, orientation, medium, material, dimensions and colors.
- Click CLEAR FILTERS to reset all filters.
- Bulk Actions:
- Turn the toggle on to select the Artworks you'd like to edit in bulk,
- Select the parameters in common you'd like to modify.
- Edit Artwork:
- Hover on top of the Artwork and click on the pencil icon if you want to edit it or the trash bin to delete it.
- Each artwork displays its thumbnail, title, artist, and dimensions.
- Sorting options:
- Sort results by creation date or alphabetically by artist name or artwork title.
- Sort results by creation date or alphabetically by artist name or artwork title.
Integration with Presentations Module
Uploaded artworks can be seamlessly incorporated into various presentation types, such as Portfolio Presentations, Artwork Labels, Inventory Reports, and Viewing Rooms, enhancing your ability to showcase and manage your collection.
Organizing Artworks
Utilize tags and collections to categorize your artworks. This organization facilitates the creation of themed Portfolio Presentations and tailored Viewing Rooms.
