What Are Presentations?

ArtPlacer’s Presentations is a suite of 4 different types of presentations that can boost collector interest, enable exploration of new and past pieces, and drive online inquiries and sales.

Using Presentations: Tips and Examples

Depending on your role in the art world, different types of Presentations can help you showcase your work most effectively.

Here are some ideas to make the most of this feature, depending on your artistic role:

  • For Galleries,

    Portfolio Presentations
allow you to impress collectors by segmenting your portfolio by artist, medium, size, or availability.

Viewing Rooms brings your physical shows online, accessible via QR code, offering exclusive previews and custom collections to engage top collectors and amplify your gallery’s impact.
Whether it's an exclusive preview or a custom site based on a client’s request, these tools enhance your gallery's impact and drive engagement.

  • For Artists,

Inventory Reports help artists stay organized by tracking artwork availability and creating curated lists to meet client demands or attract gallery representation.

    Meanwhile,
Portfolio Presentations elevate your career by engaging collectors, strengthening applications for grants and residencies, showcasing your work to galleries, and securing commissions with tailored showcases of past projects.

  • For Photographers,

Artwork Labels, with pre-uploaded information, you can quickly create identification labels for physical exhibitions, art shows, and fairs, streamlining the process of presenting your work.

Inventory Reports, know your physical photographs’ availability for sales and exhibitions.

  • Art Dealers

Viewing Rooms, offer your clients a bespoke experience that caters to their specific needs, with curated selections, descriptive texts, and visualizations of art in their spaces. Create tailored presentations based on the client’s preferences and your expertise as an art dealer. This can include curating collections of artists and artworks for residential and commercial projects, such as homes, hotels, coworking spaces, and office environments.

Inventory Reports, offer a sharable list of available artworks upon client’s request.

How To Access

The Presentations Section can be accessed in two ways:

  1. By selecting PRESENTATIONS from the top menu bar of your Dashboard.

  2. By clicking CREATE PRESENTATION within the Artworks section when artworks are selected in bulk.
(In this case, the selected artworks are automatically populated into the presentation list)
