You can enhance your Virtual Exhibitions by adding videos, such as interviews, artist statements, or behind-the-scenes footage. Videos are added as artworks and displayed with their details inside the exhibition.
⚠️ Note: Videos are not displayed dynamically while walking through the exhibition. Instead, visitors can play the video when they click Learn More on the artwork.
Upload a Video as an Artwork
- Go to the Artworks section.
- Click Upload Artworks.
- Under Type of Artwork, select Video.

- Add the following details:
- Thumbnail (the image that will represent your video in the exhibition)
- Name
- Video URL (must be from YouTube or Vimeo)
- Display size: choose Small, Medium, or Large (instead of custom width/height)
- Optional: add details such as price, year, artist, description, etc.
- Click Save.
Add the Video to a Virtual Exhibition
- Go to the Virtual Exhibitions section.
- Open the exhibition where you’d like to add the video.

- Add the video to a wall slot, just as you would with any other Artwork.

Visitor Experience
When you share your exhibition:
- Visitors who click on the video artwork and select Learn More will see the video embedded.

- From there, they’ll have the option to play it.
- The video will not play dynamically while navigating through the exhibition.
Adding videos is a great way to complement your exhibition with extra context and storytelling, helping your audience engage more deeply with your work.
