To feature your Discover Portfolio, you have to create a profile.

• Log into your ArtPlacer account

• On your Dashboard, you can access the feature by either clicking "Discover Portfolio" in the top right corner, by scrolling down and selecting the shortcut "Showcase your art and grow your audience.” or by simply following this URL.

You’ll then be guided through 3 main steps to get started with Discover Portfolio:

1. Enter profile info (Start building your profile by adding basic information)
   

Begin by adding your basic profile details. Include your name, bio, contact email, address, and phone number. You can also add links to your website and Instagram profile, and don’t forget to upload a profile picture. 

Once completed, click “Save and Continue.

2. Curate your profile (Choose your favorite artworks and exhibitions to impress your visitors)

Next, select the Artworks and Exhibitions you’d like to feature on your profile.
To enable your profile, you must choose at least 4 Artworks (up to 8). Additionally, you have the option to add a “Virtual Exhibition” and a “Widget” that allows clients to view an Artwork in their space.

• Click “Select Artwork” to add your featured pieces.

• Optionally, scroll down and click “Select a Virtual Exhibition” to add an exhibition.

• Optionally, scroll down and click “Select a Room” to add a Widget.

• Once completed, click “Save and Continue”.

Note: Please be advised that, in addition to the featured “Artworks”. All the Artworks that have the privacy setting on “public” within your Artworks section, will be visible from the “View Catalog” option once you publish your “Discover Portfolio”

3. Activate (You are all set! Check the preview of your profile and go online)

Preview your Discover Portfolio to see how it will look prior to setting it as “Live”

• Portfolio Visibility:
  You can enable or disable the option to display your Discover Portfolio on our Discover site and in the ArtPlacer AR mobile app.

• Share Your Portfolio:

Copy your portfolio link, view it live, or generate a QR code to share with potential clients.

Once you enable “Show Portfolio on Discover site,” your Discover Portfolio will be live and ready for public viewing.

[For mobile users:] ArtPlacer AR mobile app

To feature your Discover Profile on the ArtPlacer AR mobile app, you first need to create it through ArtPlacer’s web app.

Log in to ArtPlacer, open the menu at the top, and click DISCOVER PORTFOLIO. Follow the steps mentioned earlier in this article.

When you reach step 3, make sure to enable both “Show Portfolio on Discover Site” and “Show artworks on ArtPlacer AR mobile app.”

Once these options are enabled, you’re ready to go!

You can find your profile in the galleries section of the ArtPlacer AR mobile app, scan the QR code to view it in your browser, or click "view live site" to see it live in our Discover section.
