How To Create a Discover Profile

Your Discover Profile is a curated showcase of your artworks and exhibitions that allows clients and collectors to explore your work in one place. To get started, you need to create a Profile.

Access your Profile

1. To access this section and create your Profile, open the Sidebar, select More, and then click Discover Profile

You’ll then be guided through three main steps to set up your Profile.

Step 1: Enter Your Profile Information

Start building your profile by adding your basic information:

• Name
• Short Description
• Contact email, address, and phone number
• Links to your website and Instagram profile
• Profile picture
• Statement

Once you’ve completed this step, click Save and Continue.

Step 2: Curate Your Profile

Choose your favorite Artworks and Exhibitions to highlight your work and impress visitors.

Requirements and Options:

• Artworks: Select at least 4 and up to 8 artworks to feature.
• Virtual Exhibition (optional): Pick a live Virtual Exhibition to display on your Discover Profile.
• Widget (optional): Select a space to show your Artworks in a Sample Room Widget

How to Add:

1. Click Select Artwork to choose featured pieces.
2. Optionally, scroll down and click Select a Virtual Exhibition to add one.
3. Optionally, scroll down and click Select a Room to add to the Sample Room Widget.
4. Click Save and Continue once done.

Note: In addition to featured Artworks, any Artworks with public privacy settings in your Artworks section will appear under View Catalog once your Discover Profile is published.

Step 3: Activate Your Profile.

1. Preview your Discover Profile to see how it will appear before going live.
   
   
2. Enable Profile Visibility:
   • Turn on or off the option to display your profile on the Discover Website and in the ArtPlacer AR mobile app.
     
     
3. Share your Profile:
   • Copy your profile link
   • View it live
   • Generate a QR code to share with clients
     
     

Once you enable "Show Discover Profile on Discover Site", your Discover Profile will be live and ready for public viewing.

Tip: Regularly update your profile with new Artworks and exhibitions to keep it fresh and engaging for visitors.
