Our new Contacts section helps you seamlessly manage and organize all your leads, inquiries, and collectors in one centralized place.
With every interaction—whether through a Virtual Exhibition, Discover Portfolio, Viewing Room, or the AR Mobile App— ArtPlacer automatically captures and stores contact details, allowing you to nurture relationships and drive more art sales.
To access these logs, simply click (or tap) on CONTACTS from the top bar menu options:

The Contacts List gives you full control over your contact list, making it easy to organize, track, and engage with potential buyers.
✔ Find & Manage Contacts – View all your contacts in one place, complete with filters, tags, and lead statuses to keep everything organized.
✔ Create New Contacts – Add contacts manually or let ArtPlacer automatically create them when you receive a new inquiry.
✔ Follow Up with Ease – Attach notes to contacts, set lead statuses, and track interactions to stay on top of your conversations.
✔ Send Emails & Presentations – Communicate directly with your contacts by sending emails or curated presentations in just a few clicks.

The Inbox subsection consolidates all your inquiries and messages from across ArtPlacer, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your interactions.
✔ All Messages in One Place – View and manage all incoming messages, whether they come from Virtual Exhibitions, Private Viewing Rooms, or other ArtPlacer tools.
✔ Instant First Replies – Respond directly from the Inbox to keep conversations moving.
✔ Integrated Contact Management – When you receive a message from a new lead, ArtPlacer automatically creates a new contact in your list.
✔ Track Message History – View previous interactions, inquiries, and purchases associated with each contact for a complete communication history.
✔ Smart Filtering & Search – Sort messages by type, unread status, or other filters to find what you need quickly.
