The Contacts feature is a powerful tool that helps you manage and store important visitor information, all in one place. Whether a visitor is browsing through your Virtual Exhibitions, exploring your Viewing Room, Online Portfolio, or using our ArtPlacer AR Mobile App, the data they provide is automatically captured and stored in the Contacts section.
Whenever a visitor fills out a form to inquire about a particular artwork or to get in touch, the following information is added to the Contacts section:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Message or Inquiry Details
In addition, you can edit the contact record at any time to include further details about the person, such as phone number, notes, or other relevant information.
This allows you to quickly access their details and follow up on their request. By clicking on the magnifying glass icon, you'll access the inquiries, touchpoints and messages.
By utilizing the Contacts feature, you can effectively keep track of inquiries and build stronger relationships with your audience. It’s an easy and efficient way to ensure all communication is logged and organized in one place.
