How Can I Collect Contacts or Subscribers?

Modified on Wed, Oct 8 at 3:44 PM

By sharing the Subscription Form in the Contacts section, you can easily gather valuable information from potential collectors, such as their name, last name, and email address. This helps you build a solid network and nurture relationships that could lead to future art sales.

Selecting “New Subscriber Form” will provide you with a variety of sharing formats, including:

  • Copy the URL Link: You can generate a unique URL for your subscribe form and share it directly with your audience.
  • Generate a QR Code: If you prefer a more interactive approach, you can generate a QR code linked to your subscriber form. Potential collectors can scan the code with their smartphones to access the form instantly, making it easy to gather their details on the go.

  • You can also preview the subscriber form to view it exactly as your customers will when they open it.

With both methods, you can seamlessly collect and manage your audience’s data in the Contacts feature, helping you stay connected and engaged with potential collectors.

Whether you’re sharing the link online or using the QR code in person, you’ll have all the tools you need to grow your network.

NOTE: Remember that you can also get new contacts by sharing your creations, Virtual ExhibitionsOnline Portfolio, and Viewing RoomsWhenever someone sends an inquiry or message through any of these features, their information is automatically added as a new contact.
