How To Create a Personal Space

Table of Contents

A Personal Space is a space you create to showcase an art piece using an image you upload.
You can upload a photo of a client’s home and add an Artwork to show them how the piece would look in their space.

Steps To Create a Personal Space

1. Open the Personal Spaces section.

2. Tap NEW to create a new space.

3. Click Upload Your own Room to add the image. You can upload files of up to 50 MB in size.

4Adjust the Perspective Warp. (optional)

After uploading your image, you can fine-tune how the room looks so it appears straight and true to life. This step helps correct any tilt or distortion in the photo before you set up the walls.

Use the sliders at the bottom of the screen:

  • Vertical: Adjusts the vertical perspective of the image, straightening walls that lean forward or backward.
  • Horizontal: Adjusts the horizontal perspective, correcting walls that appear tilted to one side.
  • Rotate: Rotates the entire image to level it out.

If you’re satisfied with the default settings, you can skip the edits. Alternatively, make the adjustments and click on “Save and Continue” to proceed.

Note: Any vertical line should look upright to achieve the desired / realistic, final look

5. Crop the image using the cropping handles on the edges and the corners. You can lock the image's aspect ratio or rotate it using the buttons at the bottom of the page.

When you finish, click “Save and Continue”.

6. Click on a wall in the image to define the wall area where you want to place your Artworks. Enter the wall’s height or width in the "wall size" field. This ensures that any Artworks placed on this wall automatically adjust to reflect real-life proportions.

7. Click SAVE & FINISH.

8. Enter the title and save.

Now your Personal Space is ready for you to place an Artwork in it.
