How Can Visitors Inquire about an Artwork?

Visitors to a virtual exhibition can contact you about an artwork from the exhibition.

While navigating a virtual exhibition, visitors should follow these steps:

1. Navigate to an artwork.

2. Click or tap Learn More or click or tap on the artwork.

3. Click or tap INQUIRE.

4. Fill out the popup with the required contact information and a message, and click or tap SUBMIT.

If you want to disable the option for visitors to inquire about an artwork from your virtual exhibitions:

1. Log in to ArtPlacer.

2. Click your username > SETTINGS. If you are logged in from your mobile device, tap the profile icon > SETTINGS.

3. Disable VIRTUAL EXHIBITIONS INQUIRE BUTTON.

4. Click or tap SAVE SETTINGS.
