Artwork Collections Within ArtPlacer Features.
Presentations
Within Presentations, Artwork Collections allow you to quickly import a curated group of Artworks instead of adding them individually.
Whether you’re creating Artwork Labels, a Viewing Room, a Portfolio Presentation, or an Inventory Report, you’ll always have the option to select an existing collection rather than choosing Artworks one by one.
This feature significantly streamlines your curating process, helping you work faster and maintain consistency across your presentations.
Virtual Exhibitions
When curating a Virtual Exhibition, Artwork Collections help you organize and find your pieces more efficiently. Once you select a wall slot and click Add Artwork, your entire Artwork catalog will appear, with the Artworks already placed shown in gray.
In this view, you can filter your Artworks by collection, making it easier to locate specific pieces and maintain a consistent curatorial theme. This feature keeps your process smooth, efficient, and focused on creating a cohesive exhibition experience.
Widgets
When creating a Widget, you have the option to let visitors explore your entire ArtPlacer catalog directly through it. This means that instead of viewing just one Artwork, they can browse and drag multiple pieces into a space to see how each looks in context.
If you enable this feature within the Widget Generator, you’ll also be able to select which Artwork collections you want to display.
This allows you to curate exactly what appears in your widget, showcasing only the Artworks that best represent your style or fit a specific project, rather than your full catalog.
